Hello everyone! I’m hoping we can get together for some holiday cheer on Friday night, December 7th. Provided the weather cooperates, we can once again set up the fire table on my back porch. I’ll also have the fireplace going inside for those preferring not to play in a winter chill. Being inside the house worked out well at our last meetup when we were able to wander into different rooms to enjoy different conversations and songs. I look forward to hosting again!

Some things I’ve found useful to share in advance:
🤐 🗣😃🎉 You don’t need to play or sing to join us and enjoy yourself… All are welcome!
⏱ 🕰⏳🗑 Start and end times are flexible. Arrive and leave at your convenience.
🍎🍇🍛🍪☕️🍼🍷 I plan to put out some munchies and drinks again. Bringing something yourself is always welcome but please don't feel obliged. And, if you do, please think about taking leftovers home with you.
🎶🎺🎻🎷🥁🎸 Any musical instrument or lack thereof is welcome… I have a few guitars, a guitalele (6 string uke), a piano and some percussion instruments (tambourines, eggs, wood claves, darbuka, etc.) for those who get an urge to play any of them…
📖🗒🎵🎶🎼 You’re welcome to bring along sheet music, tabs, chords, lyrics, etc. Or just play and sing ad lib.
🔌 🎸 🎷🎺 Plugged-in or brass instruments work just fine. We just balance the volume with other players and singers.
☯🎶🎼🎵☯🤗 Any genre of music is welcome. Some songs are well-known, some are obscure and some are original compositions. Some songs are solo, some are accompanied by others, some are a cappella, and some are singalong… Skill levels range from zero to “Wow!” and whatever happens is alway fun and enjoyable. The people are always friendly and diverse.
📜🎲🤔🙋💁‍♂️🤷‍♀️ The format is to take turns either playing, singing, requesting a particular song, or just taking a pass if nothing comes to mind.
📞📲 💻🖥 If you want to get in touch with me for any reason, feel free to call, text or use Meetup's chat or message functions. My cell phone is[masked].

I look forward to seeing you!
