What we're about

Gay men of providence who are looking to start a new year and a new you, with centering the wellness practices and engaging in personal training with partners. This group will be a social group and a fitness group where we focus on training with partners and supporting each other towards each ones goals. This group will train each week and work on nutrition. The members will be partnered up for accountability and to train together. This group will begin in December but will really gear up January 1, 2019. There is a feee associated with this group as you will be trained by a professional personal trainer. You will work in pairs for accountability but you will receive individualized plans for your goals and have 1 on 1 training in the sessions for maximum results.

This weekly check-in is exclusively for 10 members to work on circuit training and cardio weight loss. We will be working in partners and individually to focus on group training goals. This weekly event will be a chance for new members to meet the trainer and to decide if personal training is for them. This event is every wednesday and will work core muscle groups and discuss nutrition for the following week by setting up meal plans for that week.
