What we’re about

You bring your body; together, we discover what you seek.

The Work:
Intimate groups attending psyche, body, how we connect, and numenous experience. SpiralCentric work is based on the idea that body, mind, dreams, and our daily interactions are all expressions of facets of the self, or psyche. This is an idea Carl G. Jung explained as the reality of psyche in his Collected Works (Jung, 2014, CW (Complete Digital Edition), Basic Postulates of Analytical Psychology, p. 353, para. 680-681). In this video, Somatic Experiencing developer Peter A. Levine discusses his ideas with a group in Austin on his integration of Jung’s ideas as ways to understand our lived and bodymind experiences, "Spirituality, Archetypes, and Trauma" (on YouTube).
