Nature Workshop: Capturing the Majesty of Nature in Art

Habitat Authority’s Docent and Artist, Jim Ellison will teach you to use a camera as a resource tool for painting at home! Look at some pastel and oil paintings, see a demonstration of basic materials and equipment. Jim will talk about balance, composition and lighting. A hike will follow for practice with your camera.
