CS Meetup - My view on establishing CSM foundation at Amsterdam start-up, Hatch

  • Hi CSM friends, 

    As promised at our last session at Cupenya, I am glad to host our next event at Hatch office in Amsterdam. 

    The exact date to be confirmed, setting up placeholder on Feb 16 for the moment. 

    As for the topic, I will be speaking about my experience of leaving well established CSM team at Silicon Valley driven startup DoubleDutch to join Dutch startup Hatch and starting customer success "from scratch". 

    I'll make sure to include the best practices, tools and everything else that helped on this amazing journey. 

    Hard to beat sushi offering (shout-out to Jildo!), but see what I can do ;)
