After eight years in the corporate sector, Tanushree quit the rat race to wield her pen and found her calling.
A well know travel writer and novelist, she is also known for the hundreds of ‘Middles’ that entertained readers of almost all English dailies in the country for over a decade. Tanushree is passionate about travelling and writing. If the lady is not packing her bags to zip around the world, she is sure to be found tapping the keys of her computer.
Her yen for adventure has seen her traipsing around more than forty countries across seven continents. Tanushree has also held workshops in creative writing, time management, and leadership at Bangalore.
Her first novel Nurjahan’s Daughter was published by Rupa in 2005. It was followed by Boots Belts Berets by Roli Books, which has now been reissued in an abridged version. The third title Escape from Harem, again by Roli Books, was published in 2013. On the Double, also published by Roli Books, is a sequel to the best-selling Boots Belts Berets.
Solo in Singapore, published by Harper Colllins, was released in 2016. A Closetful of Skeletons, also published by Harper Colllins, is her latest book.

We do not charge money for our Meetups. Only want to be inspired and hopefully inspire others to write fruitfully. But as courtesy we should buy something from the cafe.
