Hello! Are you a female in your 20's and 30's who is somewhat experienced in crossfit? Let's get together and grow stronger and fitter, even while fighting the corona virus! Workouts would be crossfit style (MISFIT Athletics). I am NOT a certified crossfit trainer, however, let's get together and motivate each other! (Small groups to be in compliance with CDC recommendations and due to the nature of the small gym).
The home gym has a squat rack with pull up bar, bumper plates, wall balls, rower, kettlebells, jump ropes, etc. only thing lacking is a rope for rope climbs!
This is not an official CrossFit gym, therefore all attendance is free.
