Please join us in the spirit of group meditation practice.

We are a group of yoga and meditation teachers/practitioners. We invite you to join us to practice insight or vipassana meditation in two ways:

1- 30 minute meditation group: sitting, lightly guided. We take a few minutes at the end of the sit to ask questions or share comments.

Mondays 10:30 to 11:00am and Saturdays 11:30am to noon at Yoga Soleil Studio 503 S. Meridian, Puyallup, WA 98371 www.yogasoleil.com 253-447-0295

**************************************************************************************************************

2 -75 minute meditation group: sitting and silent (non-guided) meditation for 25-30 minutes, followed by 5 to 10 minutes of walking meditation (deliberate walking around in a circle feeling connection to the earth) followed by a book reading and discussion for 20 to 30 minutes.

Whether you are new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner this session offers all of us the ability to practice meditation in community and share our experiences. For newcomers to meditation, we will offer a brief instruction on sitting meditation and getting comfortable. Please arrive a few minutes early so we can get to know you.

Day/time TBD - coming soon. Meditations will be at the First Spiritualist Church of Puyallup, 341 2nd St SE, Puyallup, WA 98372 which located 1/2 block northeast of Yoga Soleil. They are kindly lending us their space.

Both these formats are free, the teachers donate their time. There is a donation bowl to help offset the cost of opening the space if you care to contribute.
