• Sushi or chicken teriyaki & Befuddled word game networking night

    Enjoy playing word games such as scrabble or bananagrams? Then you'll enjoy playing "Befuddled" an exciting word game in a cup! Each round is unique and challenging. Players race against the clock to make a list of as many words as they can on the 14 letter cubes before time runs out. Points are scored only for words that no other player has found. At the end of the game, the player with the most points wins. This game is for 2+ players. Aside from playing the "Befuddled" game, your admission will also include these 2 sushi rolls (not raw) rolls include approximately 8 pieces per roll and the "California Crunch" roll which consists of spicy crab & avocado rolled in tempura crumbs and the "Phoenix" roll which is grilled salmon, cucumber, avocado, spicy sauce, & Japanese pepper. For you non-sushi eaters, you can have the chicken teriyaki dinner option instead which also includes miso soup, rice, and house salad. The food is from Trapper's Sushi in Puyallup, WA. Join me & other business owners, career seekers, business professionals, & their guests EXCEPT kids on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at 6 pm to 8 pm in the upstairs room of the Daffodil Bowling alley located at: 1624 E. Main Street, Puyallup, WA 98372.     Finally! A Christmas party without blowing your diet! The first 20 minutes of the party, Carly will introduce herself, what she does for a living, hand out her BRAND NEW 12-page colored business booklet advertisement, and go over the agenda for the evening. The first hour we will play the one hour shortened version of "Christmas-opoly" that's right Monopoly, but Christmas themed! Up to 6 players can play at once. NOTE: If there are too many people to play Christmas-opoly, you can play another game that is up to 4 people called "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" board game. A 10 minute break will occur for you to take a breather. Then the remainder of the time Carly will wrap your Christmas gifts that you haven't had the time to wrap, don't want to wrap, or aren't good at wrapping. :) Carly will provide an assortment of Christmas wrapping paper, as well as the bows, tape, scissors, tags, and some assorted boxes to wrap the "awkward to wrap" type of gifts. Christmas music will be playing in the background during appropriate times during the event.     Practice marketing yourself for a job by playing the hilarious game of “Odd Jobs” Help Wanted: Apply Within on Wednesday, June 27,[masked]:00 PM to 8:00 PM IN THE UPSTAIRS ROOM OF THE DAFFODIL BOWLING ALLEY AT: 1624 East Main Puyallup, WA 98372. At this meetup, you will use one of 200 business cards to “apply” for the “Odd Job” and convince the client to hire you! Have fun, gain and utilize your marketing skills, meet others, and network! This meetup is appropriate for those who are age 14 and older. It is $20 a person if you pre-rsvp here prior to attending the event, otherwise it's $25 a person if you do NOT pre-rsvp and show up. Please bring exact change and debit/credit cards will be accepted with a 5% processing fee per card used. The fee is to cover the hourly room rental as well as the ability to play the game and be able to practice marketing yourself for various jobs, there are 200 business cards total!
