Join us for the March 8 QASIG (http://www.qasig.org/events/march-qasig-meeting-2/) MeetUp in Seattle!
We will welcome back Brian Gaudreau who will present on
QUALITY IN SOFTWARE DELIVERY
Quality in software delivery and sustainment will always have competing pressures between capability desired, cost incurred, and time taken. And of course these impact measurable quality delivered. But even now the technology landscape adds additional pressures we need to understand to be most effective in keeping quality high. What is meaningful to measure is now more dynamic than ever.
At the upcoming QASIG (http://www.qasig.org/events/march-qasig-meeting-2/), on Wednesday March 8, we’ll discuss these factors as well as new perspectives (and revisit some baseline tenets) on planning and readiness for software quality going forward.
• Client/Customer expectations and input now influence different combinations of capability and functionality.
• Security and Quality are not separate conversations.
• What is meaningful to measure is now more dynamic than ever.

What is #QASIG Seattle?
QASIG seeks to engage members of the high-tech community in discussions on the evolving challenges of software quality assurance and look at ways to advance the leading methodologies and best practices.
• As software development continues to evolve, the ways in which quality assurance and software testing are approached must keep pace or become obsolete.
• Consumers demand software that is available, reliable and secure.
• It is important for us to continually re-evaluate our QA and testing processes we are employing and why we are using them.
We hope to explore these and many other questions facing the software development, quality assurance, and software testing industries in upcoming QASIG (http://www.qasig.org/)meetings and invite you to take part in the dialog.
