Max Gotzler, founder of Biotrakr, will give a talk on "Flow", the state of reaching goals without getting stressed out. Max will explain what flow is, how it can be measured and how you can increase your time in flow while doing anything.

Alexander will talk about the link between “Habits and Goals“ and explain why habits are essential for reaching your goals, what’s so tricky about habits and share an easy method to get started.
