Qi Gong is an ancient exercise practice based in the wisdom and principles of Chinese Medicine. Much like Yoga, Qi Gong is a form of mindful moving meditation. The Qi Gong exercises we will practice will focus on strengthening general health and well-being as well as fortifying specific internal organs. The mindful aspect of Qi Gong helps to clear the mind, calm the spirit, regulating circadian rhythms. Therefore practice can improve sleep, reduce anxiety and depression and general fatigue.
Practice location is in the Gramercy neighborhood of Manhattan.
