Sheng Zhen Gong Classes, Thursdays at 7:00 PM In each class we focus on a standing form and a seated form. These forms are an excellent remedy for those who experience "adrenal fatigue." It is an opportunity to restore and nurture your energy reserves, to find relief from tension and stress, and to cultivate open-heartedness. And YES! everyone is welcome, beginners and experienced practitioners. No need to email us, just come to class. We have a series fee, $9 per class, when you pay for a full series, and a drop in fee $12 per class. Come and enjoy the health of body and heart that we cultivate through the practice of Sheng Zhen Gong. Every 10 weeks a new series of classes will begin that will include a seated form and a standing form from the Sheng Zhen forms of Master Li Junfeng. (For more Sheng Zhen info click here. (http://shengzhen.org)) The practice creates a deep state of inner peace and a feeling of Love and harmony with the universe. It opens the heart, strengthening the body while calming the mind and emotions naturally. It can inspire a new sense of joy and compassion for others, and a deeper understanding of life. 10 class/week pass $90; Drop in classes $12

What we're about

The Qi-gong classes we are presenting at Whole Being Health are focused primarily around Yin cultivation. We will be teaching seated and standing forms of Qi-gong from the body of work by Master Li Jun Feng called Sheng Zhen and One Thousand Hands Of Buddha. The purpose of teaching these Yin cultivating forms is to place you in a different perspective to this false Yang culture we all live in.

These forms will aid a person to become more relaxed in their daily lives, and live with more joy and love in their daily routines. These Qi-gong forms will help reduce the over stimulation of the adrenal glands (sympathetic nervous system), and help to turn on the para-sympathetic nervous system which helps us to relax and perform efficient digestive processes (assimilation and excretion).

If you find that your lifestyle is depleting your energy, disturbing your sleep, disrupting you digestion, or making your body feel heavy and stagnant, then these Yin cultivating Qi-gong forms are right for you. Please come join us and learn how to empower yourself by moving your own energy or Qi, in the directions that will benefit you.
