The Wellness session will include movement, Qigong, Yoga, Tai Chi, practical neuro plasticity exercises, meditation and relaxation. Easily learnt by people of all ages and abilities. No special equipment required. Just bring yourself and a friend. NB. There is FREE parking in the University carparks from 5pm onwards)
