In these fun and engaging workshops, children will explore and experience the mysterious concept of “life force energy”. Stories, metaphors and interactive games are used to teach breath awareness, mindfulness techniques and movements to improve energy, increase focus and reduce anxiety.
Through open discussions of how technology and stress can deplete and block our energy, tweens and teens will be compelled to consider how their choices affect their focus and overall well being. Age appropriate and relevant games and movements are used to activate their energy field and encourage flow and awareness.
Parents will receive a written follow-up email outlining what was covered in class.
Workshops are currently being offered for the following age groups:
9-11 yrs, 10:00 - 11:30 am
12-13 yrs (girls only), 2:30 - 4:00 pm
14-16 yrs , 4:30 - 6:00 pm
