We will be practicing outside, under the blue sky, combining the benefits of QiGong and the benefits of fresh air and sunlight.
It sounds so simple, doesn’t it? Stepping outside for an hour? We did it as kids, before we started forgetting that being in nature feels good!
And while our grandparents understood the benefits of spending time outdoors, many of us living today’s way of life seem to have forgotten just how crucial that is to our health.
