This Qigong practice is very effective, easy to learn and suitable for all levels and people of all ages and can be practiced sitting or standing.
Qigong is practiced around the world by over 10 million people.
Qi means "breath" or "air" and is considered the "life-force energy" which accesses and infuses everything in the universe.
(chee-gung) is the study & practice of vital life-force movement through breathing techniques; postures; meditations and guided imagery.
Through practice, we aim to boost the Qi in order to improve self-healing, prevent disease, and increase longevity.

Marilyn is an Usui Reiki, Karuna Reiki and Lightarian Reiki Master as well as a Certified QiGong Teacher. Using Reiki energy within her own movement and meditation deepens her QiGong practice to raise, control, and direct personal and universal life force and she uses this subtle energy to open specific energy channels within the body and aura. These energy channels include the meridians used in acupuncture, the Jara lines of Chi Kung, the seven main chakras and the multitude of minor chakras. We start our practice in a brief meditation, one of these meditations uses Reiki energy keys to activate and open the microcosmic orbit, one of the eight major channels used by Chi Kung practitioners.
We practice Shibashi and Medical Qigong. Medical Qigong is one of the oldest branches of traditional Chinese medicine, predating acupuncture by thousands of years.
There are terrific benefits in Reiki combined within the QiGong practice, which often deepens the practice for others in the room as well.
