Qigong is a form of exercise that synchronises movement, breath and mindfulness. Often described as moving meditation, regular practice provides an excellent tool for reducing the effects of stress, along with improving posture, balance and general fitness. The Saturday morning sessions held at Cowdray Hall are for both beginners and experienced, with a focus on simple movements that may be easily incorporated into daily life. The morning is divided into two halves of roughly 70 mins with a break for refreshments. Whenever weather allows we move outdoors onto the adjoining patio.
