What or whom do we worship? And what happens during the stillness of our gatherings in meetings for worship? If you are interested in hearing what our three speakers have to say on the subject, how everything develops from this cornerstone of Quaker life, and why it is of vital importance in our daily activities, we invite you to come and listen to our presenters on Monday evening. They will all give their own, individual, and differing views and share their experiences with you.
Our evening starts at 6.30, for light refreshments and chat.
There will be 6-minute presentations from three speakers, not giving an ‘official Quaker view’ since there is none, but Quakers each speaking from their own experience. There will also be small discussion groups; a general discussion time and an opportunity to experience a Quaker meeting for worship. The formal session ends at 9, but you can stay and chat until 9.30.
