The Quality Assurance Meetup group’s first meeting, will be taking place May 4th at 7pm at HUGE. Among things to be discussed: performance testing and automated functional testing and their love child; automated functional performance testing.
One of the new and exciting techniques I will be presenting, is combining Selenium and JMeter to create automated functional, and performance tests in one shot. I also will be giving a tutorial on python and selenium, and automated continuous functional testing.
There will also be a video conference, live from Portland, Oregon with the founder of OpenQA and co-creator of Selenium RC - Mr. Patrick Lightbody. Mr. Lightbody will be giving a talk on his creation BrowserMob.
Following, There will be a slideshow presentation by Simon Stewart. Mr. Stewart will be discussing what is coming in the future for Selenium.
Refreshments and Snacks will be provided.
