What have you been tracking or are interested in tracking?

Sleep, cognitive abilities, body composition. I started with the 'Bulletproof Diet' from bulletproofexec.com and found that it's cyclic ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting helped me lose fat (I'm not overweight, but have never been really defined) that I had still kept on during periods of intensive training for sports. I also have sustained energy throughout the day and rarely feel hungry (I eat a lot of fat but have bodyfat <10%) Since then (about a year ago) I have been trying various other methods for improving personal productivity, mood and general health and wellbeing. I am interested in tracking sleep quality and meditation depth but have no means to do that at present. There is a wide variety of food quality available here in Thailand so I would be interested in any discussions on food sources and tracking any noticeable effects of their use.

Have you used any electronic or other devices for tracking?

I use Lumosity for brain training and as a snapshot of my current state of mind. I manually record very basic sleep data and track against caffeine, activities before bed etc. I use Sleepstream and Pzizz for sleep and meditation and many times throughout the work day to help manage stress and focus.
