How are you currently using technology to track your health?

I track workouts and a few other metrics in a spreadsheet, I also use Abriiz. I used to engage with Jawbone UP, however my band broke.

What markers do you hope to start tracking more intensely?


Favorite competitive event you participate in?

N/A (unless you count the mock-competition for CrossFit).


I work for Ideomed & a bit new to the tech space. Prior experience includes PD and medical device. I use CrossFit as my training platform. Fitness goals include increasing my strength & agility to better improve riding abilities at the racetrack.
