Thank you all for attending and supporting us last night at MITEF! It is always great to have the support of like minded people in a new town.

I'm grateful that I was chosen for the panel, and extremely happy that the panel members share such similar views, yet had different enough approaches to make it interesting.

I believe that devices are best used in conjunction with human mentors and role models; these devices can help us obtain a clearer understanding of ourselves which will lead to less reliance on said devices, and hopefully more happiness!

Compelling speaker, big turnout, great audience and panel discussion. Thanks to Jacques and the MIT EF for bringing this to the community. To me, it's about how tracking insights about personal physiology feed into and support the biology of success.
