I track my productivity at work using the Pomodoro technique and Excel. To track my weight, nutrition, recipes, and workouts, I use a variety of tools, including caloriecount.com, RunKeeper, and trusty old Excel. For budget, I use a combo of Excel and Mint.com.
I feel I'm in a bit of a rut using mostly Microsoft products. I'm interested in seeing what other people are using for data collection and analysis.

For my day job, I've been doing Business Intelligence in finance and marketing using mostly SQL Server for many years. For myself, I've been collecting data on various things for as long as I can remember.
