Every thing I eat, and in the past three months calories and micronutrients
Meditation (time and frequency)
TV watched
Stretching (frequency and duration)
Workouts which include running, biking, swimming, lifting, core and others. (including time/distance, wieght/reps)
Injuries, strains,etc.
Data is tallied weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly.
I have roughly four years of data
