What are you interested in?

Through various life experiences, I've come across a "life theory" that fits me, and I see echoed in many aspects of how things are. I think it's a general theory you can apply to many things and get useful insights. Kind of a "how to be happy" complete system, which can give clues on why something isn't working as you'd like. More than just life logging random things like diet or mood, I want to align my life with this theory, tracking what I can, and see if the theory works. It's a little bit unloggable with aspects such as contribution and self esteem, but I think if any group can do it, it will be this one. :) I log my computer activity, have logged habits and exercise, but I am searching for the "one true system" to make me who I need to be. :) Hey, I'm probably a lunatic. :)
