What personal data are you recording?

Right now just caloric intake via the MyFitnessPal mobile app and exercise stats via a Polar watch and associated sensors - heart rate monitor, GPS & stride sensor.

Have you evaluated any of your personal data?

Yes. I found I was under-eating and I tend to spend most of my exercise time in the 90%+ of max heart rate zone.

What are your interests? (this helps us come up with new topics)

Finding a platform that integrates the most popular quantification metrics: diurnal activity level, caloric intake, sleep, physiological measures, mood, etc.


Just getting into self quantification, but am interested in it from both the technology and behavior modification perspectives.
