Re: [QuantumPhysicsMeetupGroup] Quantum Mechanics Lecture Notes for the Mathematically Minded

Gentlemen.   I am bamboozled.  I had hoped this group would explain some of the issues around Quantum Physics to a layman and help me understand the importance of what this is in the real world. I am naturally inquisitive – one of my faults.  I see that the correspondence here seems to be around subjects and papers that are very scientifically intellectual and totally over my head.

I unreservedly accept that there is a place for a very scientific group however I will just embarrass myself within it as I am illiterate.  May I ask, is this group for laymen or of men of deep science ?   If the latter, I fear that I will need to drop out for my sanity.

Best Regards,
