The National Constitution Center will be coming out with a new video to celebrate Constitution Day on Wednesday, September 17, 2014. That video is entitled "Constitution Day 2014: The Bill of Rights” and provides a behind-the-scenes look at how these ten amendments were created and interpreted.
You can access that video from September 8-19, 2014 and on any weekday, you can participate in a live chat with museum historians from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
