Join us on Saturday, February 9, 2019 at 11:30 a.m. at Takara Sushi located at[masked]th Avenue, Whitestone, New York to hear Bob Schulz speak on the topic of "The Republican Clause & The Amazon Deal."

Article IV, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution reads,"The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a republican form of government." A state government republican in form is a government based upon the consent of the People and the Rule of Law. New York State is experiencing the peaceful demise of republicanism. The Amazon Deal is but one current example. It violates Article VII, Sections 8 and 11 of the New York State Constitution.

He will speak for 45 minutes followed by 45 minutes of interactive conversation. Many educated and experienced people are being invited to participate in the discussion. Individuals from the Queens Libertarians, America First, Stonewall Libertarians and other groups are being invited to this inspirational and informative talk.

While we will pass the hat, there is no mandatory donation. However, all attendees must purchase $10.00 in food and drink over the two hour period. There is street parking and a reasonably priced parking lot across the street. You can travel there by taking the Q15A bus out of Main Street, Flushing (7 Subway Line) (which will let you off on the corner of 150th Street & 14th Avenue) or by taking the Q76 bus from either the 165th Street Bus Terminal or from the subway station at Jamaica Avenue & 179th Street (you should get off at the corner of Cross Island Parkway & 150th Street & walk to 14th Avenue).

Bob Schulz, 79 years young, resides in Queensbury, NY – near Lake George in the foothills of the Adirondacks, where he and his wife of 56 years raised four children, thoroughbred horses and sheep.

Bob’s second career, spanning four decades, has been devoted to educating people in NY and around the country about the Cause of Liberty; teaching them about their natural Rights and the importance of protecting and defending our state and federal Constitutions which are meant to secure those Rights.

He has been a VOICE FOR AMERICA AND THE PEOPLE. In 1979 he formed the TRI-COUNTY TAXPAYERS ASSOCIATION to hold governments in Warren, Washington and northern Saratoga counties accountable to the Rule of Law. In 1990 TCTA grew into ACTA, the ALL COUNTY TAXPAYERS ASSOCIATION.

Through these organizations many more people know more about their Rights, what’s really going on in government and the need for the People to hold Government accountable to the rule of law.

Bob Schulz is not an attorney, yet he has had about 200 decisions from courts in lawsuits in New York and at the federal level, challenging unconstitutional actions by those in government. He has won many cases, sometimes setting constitutional precedent.

Bob obtained an Engineering degree from the United States Merchant Marine Academy at Kings Point, NY, and an MBA from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. He completed just about all the course work required for a Ph.D in Public Administration at the Graduate School of Public Affairs in Albany, NY.

Bob joined the United States Air Force in 1957, upon graduation from High School.

After two years of active duty, Bob entered the United States Merchant Marine Academy where he completed his active and reserve duty requirements. In 1966, as a recent graduate of the Academy, Bob volunteered to assist in the sealift of men and supplies to the Vietnam Theater.
