Facilitated by The Quest Co-Founder, Adé Adéniji, this insightful, engaging and interactive session is all about expanding your perception and seeing things from a different point of view.

The theme for this evening’s session is: Cultivating Self-Compassion

“Self-compassion is a form of acceptance. Whereas acceptance usually refers to what’s happening to us—accepting a feeling or a thought—self-compassion is acceptance of the person to whom it’s happening. It’s acceptance of ourselves while we’re in pain” - Christopher Germer

During our time together we will explore the key elements of Self-Compassion as defined by Kristen Neff - self-kindness, common humanity, and mindfulness, and their opposites, self-judgment, isolation, and overidentification.

For our exploration we will be using ‘Points of You’ phototherapy tools and methodology. It is a process that opens up hearts, connects people together and enables authentic communication, reminding each of us who we are and the stories that have shaped us. The process is surprising, social and fun. It gives way to a true pause and reflection from new points of view in a short period of time.

So bring along your curiosity and adventure for an insightful evening!
