The Real Estate Network Training Society provides education, networking, and support to new and experienced Canadian real estate investors in the Kamloops and surrounding areas. R.E.N.T.S. awards one thousand dollar($1000) bursaries each year to high school students from grade 10-12 and post secondary students in the first two years of study. Eligible recipients are enrolled at Thompson Rivers University and can articulate how thier field of study is related to real estate.
R.E.N.T.S. is a Society under the BC Society Act. The R.E.N.T.S. Executive have worked hard to make meetings beneficial for all levels of investor, from beginner to advanced.
Founding Executives include a retired RCMP officer who quit his job at age 30 thanks to Kamloops real estate, a local physician who holds apartments and commercial property in Kamloops, a retired teacher who uses his apartments to fund his dream life, a realtor who is an expert in the local economic indicators, a dietitian who lives in Kamloops and employs the Reno-Refi-Rent strategy in northern BC, a serial entrepreneur whose companies have included landscaping and a flight school, and an immigrant who found financial independence thanks to Kamloops real estate.
