Next BARUG Meeting

From: Joseph R.

Hello All,

We are planning our next meeting for August 7th, and would like to fill the agenda with 12 minute lightning talks - partly because lightning talks are a lot of fun, and partly because they are a good way to attract talks from R users with different backgrounds and different levels of R experience. I would particularly like to see talks from newcomers to R who would like to share some small R project that they just thought was really cool, as well as talks from more experience users that introduce newcomers to some aspect of the R language, or doing data science with R, that they find exciting.

I think we would all like to see BARUG continue to be an environment that attracts, welcomes and encourages all levels of R users. So please send me your ideas for lightning talks.

Best regards,,
