The Strength Workout class is specifically designed to increase base strength and increase your endurance. Workouts have moderate intensity activities with modest recovery. We will concentrate on longer intervals, increased cardio and strength.
Rev Cycling indoor cycling classes are a great way to get into shape or to stay in shape. You can start now to be ready for next spring riding. Or you can continue to keep the fitness you built up this past summer. OR, you can just get in shape!
What can be easier than bringing your own bike to a group session. You don't need a membership. You don't need your own expensive equipment and room in the basement. You dont even have to know how to ride a bike.
Just show up at Revolution Cycles and be ready to pedal!
Bring a bike, and bring a towel (we're gonna make you sweat!)
6 week session $45. Individual Classes $7.50
Store your bike at Revolution Cycles for $8 and have it set up by our staff ready to go when you get here.
