Who We Are A diverse group of individuals recovering from anxiety, grief, and depression-related issues.
How We Do It We follow a brief, structured 4-part method describing a situation, the way we felt, and what or whom we blamed (ourselves, others, fate etc.). Then we use a set of simple language tools to change the way we think about it. Safe, Supportive and Peer-based, we learn to choose secure thoughts and take positive actions.
