at last client: Cross Team/Organization Improvements – work across the different teams, both scrum and organizational teams, a. Looks issues and impediments within the teams, in the process as well as within the organization b. Finds ways of resolving cross team and organizational issues, either directly or through working with management to support the issue resolution. c. Provides the foundation for the Agile Community of Practice, getting people talking about delivery and implementation techniques, providing avenues to increase visibility between teams. d.
