The sixty minute session utilizes yoga breathing, laughter exercises, eye contact, childlike playfulness and meditation to bring more laughter into your life. You will leave feeling younger, healthier and happier!!!
The session takes place in a safe, supported and nurturing environment. Chairs are always available for those who are less mobile or energetic. It's a shoeless space so if you have a pair of fun socks wear them!
No prior yoga experience is necessary and you’re welcome to come in wear anything you feel comfortable in. Jeans, shorts, t-shirt, sweat pants or if you’re coming straight from work wear your work clothes. No mat or equipment necessary!
Laughter Yoga was started in Mumbai India in 1995 by Dr. Madan Kataria as a way to promote the use of laughter as a form of physical exercise.
Laughing for an hour with us is a simple and easy method of bringing something positive into your day-to-day life. It helps foster a positive attitude to help you face daily challenges and increases optimism to help you move towards realizing your hopes and dreams.
