This is a class for brand new yogis, yogis who have been away from practice, or anyone who just needs a gentle, sweet approach to movement. Also for anyone who wants a nurturing warm-up for the vinyasa class at 10:00 am! Annie Peace will guide gentle stretching, gradually moving into a few strengthening and balancing poses, with an emphasis on body awareness and kindly caring for the body through movement. We ask that you contribute something to honor the teacher and our magical (rented) space. Suggested range is $1 -$20, though apples and lavender oil have been accepted with delight. Feel free to arrive as early as 8:45, we'll be there watching the door for you!
Please bring your own mat and any other cozy yoga things you would like, though there will be spare mats if you don't have one. Map is linked above! Easy street parking. Use the door on Hull Street, but close to 4th street. You'll see us inside.
