Old goal:To complete a 5k without walking. To run with less huffing and puffing. New goal: mud/obstacle race in May, continue to run faster and longer, and above all, to have fun!
Hi, I'm Cheryl. I was in group 3. I started running in fall of 2013, with the goal of completing a 5k. I ran a turkey trot and another 5k on New Years. I'm enjoying the fitness challenge and company! Update: March 2015: first 8k and 1/2 marathon.
