Open practice, newbies welcome! We will provide paddle, life vest, and coaching instructions for free*
First-time paddlers: Please arrive by 9:45 to receive basic training.
All others: remember we have race practice at 11am.
Bring bottle water, sunblock, hat and wear water friendly clothes and shoes.
All paddlers must bring running shoes for warm-up!
