We are trying out a second weekend practice to capture the folks that cannot make it out on Sundays. We will have an "Introduction to Dragonboat Paddling" for those who are new to the sport, and the practice will be geared towards helping new paddlers develop technique. See our Sunday Practice schedule if you are looking for more advanced training (or if you can't make Saturday (I promise we will be nice on Sunday too!)
Bring a water bottle and wear clothes that would be o.k. to get a little wet. Flip flops, water shoes, or sneakers are o.k. Heels or hiking boots, not so much. A hat, shades, and sunscreen are sometimes nice but not required.
We will provide: the boat, the paddles, the PFD's, coaching (and live entertainment) and some good times. All of this for FREE* (first three sessions for newcomers). All fitness levels and happy faces welcome!
