The New Balance Running Club is again offering a FREE TRAINING PROGRAM in RALEIGH for the Fall '17 season. The Kick Off informational event is Tuesday August 29 at 6 pm in Raleigh. Learn about the program and meet your RRCA Certified Running Coach, Scott Waldrop. For those of you who have registered for the Fall '17 program you are all set. Beginner & Intermediate Program
Beginning runners can learn proper form and pace to achieve your race day goals. More experienced runners can learn to run faster and more efficiently with training runs on Tuesdays at 6 pm & Saturdays at 8 am Plus, enjoy various clinics on nutrition, hydration, injury prevention, recovery, proper footwear & running gear, Good Form
Running , etc. There will be door prizes, snacks & refreshments provided each week.
