Come join us every Tuesday evening, and learn how to get the most from your meditation practice. We cover the basics of meditation through “The 12 Steps of the Mindfulness Meditation Practice.” There will be instruction, discussion, and meditation. You’ll learn how to:
- Improve your relationships
- Heal and transform the wounds from your past
- Realize true inner peace and happiness
Beginners are Welcome
It is ideal for both beginners and experienced meditators. We split up into two groups; one for beginners, and the other for experienced members.
There is no fee for participating. Everyone is welcome, so invite your friends and family!
