From Old Power to New - The Practical Ph.D. Dr. Linne Bourget

This book gave me some insight into "new power" ... dictators, tyrants, kings are losing power over time, in favor for a more powerful democratic world where the power is going to the people. This is true in the business world as well. The laws of supply and demand dictate that people demand to be treated fairly, as opposed to being treated like dirt, and for the leaders whom disregaurd that they are falling out of power.
