Learn ways to incorporate simple raw food recipes into your everyday life and get a GOOD start to add more healthy choices to your diet. We eat what we make so come with an empty stomach and a pencil to take notes. Lots of information is provided both in print as well as in-person and you even have hands-on experience in this class!
