I eat about 60% healthy. I am in the process of investing in a vitamix and that way I will be able to make meals easier and a lot quicker. I usually eat whatever I want on the weekends and try to eat healthy during the week, eventually eating healthy every day.
Ideas for good recipes.
Time. I don't see to have the time to make a lot of the foods I would like to make (that's why I will be getting the vitamix)
Not yet. I love smoothies though.
I would like to eat food in it's natural state because I know that that is healthier and will give me better health and more energy among other things.
They can learn a lot about eating healthy. It doesn't have to be boring and tasteless!
