I had some of you ask me to post the recipe for the Apple Crumb Dessert.
Here it is:

This makes a 9x13
Crust:
1 cup raisins
6 cups raw unsalted sunflower seeds*
2 teaspoons sea salt (omit if nuts/seeds are salted)
6 teaspoons water

Filling:
6 green apples, (peeling optional) cored
10 pitted dates**
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
3/4 teaspoon ginger
*Use any nuts that you prefer for a change of flavor.
** If you are using a sweet apple you may not need the date to sweeten.

In a food processor blend, the seeds/nuts, salt, raisins, and water. Press 1/2 of this mixture into the bottom of a 9x13, set the other half of the mixture aside in a bowl. Next, process the dates, apples, and spices to desired consistency. Pure the filling on top of the crust in the 9x13. Top the filling with the other half of the crust mixture and press down lightly.

P.S. This recipe is amazing with walnuts instead of sunflower seeds!
