Intro to Veganism and Raw Foods Workshop
Do you have any questions about veganism?
Do you have any questions about raw foods?
Would you like to be able to ask them in a polite, entirely non-judgmental group discussion that respects your own timeline and your own process for moving toward veganism and raw foods?
If so, this is the workshop for you.
Workshop leader, Daryl Elliott, has been vegan for several decades and raw foodist for over a decade.
Learning should be fun. We'll cover some of the basics to start off, and then have some discussion and do some fun workshop stuff including discussing motivations, obstacles and solutions to lifestyle change.
You will be challenged to think for yourself and consider fresh ideas.
No one will be put on the spot. It will be a relaxed environment.
There will be free follow up support by phone, email or skype available if you want it.
Start your future now! Get educated. Take control of your life.
Want to learn before the class or perhaps you can't make the class and would like to learn on your own? We have compiled the best free online vegan lectures, documentaries and feature movies for you!
Cost: FREE. Just bring an open mind.
This workshop is designed for members relatively new to these concepts.
