Pole Fitness Beginner Course - 6 Weeks - Starts Thursday 17th January, 2014

Pole Fitness classes are for the ladies who can think of nothing worse than slaving away at the gym. This class brings you fun and fitness and is for women of all shapes, sizes and ages.

Pole Fitness is a lot more strenuous than it looks. A good session on the pole can burn more calories than a good session in the gym. You can expect increased muscle definition and toning all over especially in the arms, thighs, and buttocks. You can expect to burn about 250 calories per session!

The class is an hour long and will consist of a warm-up followed by a range of fun basic tricks, spins and some sexy linking moves! You will also learn to pole dance by putting your new skills together to make a short dance routine!

You don't need to be super fit, or have done any pole dancing before, or be a particular size or age to do the class - anyone can join in! The class is aimed at complete beginners and the emphasis is on having fun!

What To Wear: To gain the best grip on the pole it is necessary to have bare legs. We suggest wearing shorts or leggings (that you can roll up) to achieve this. We also suggest you wear trainers for the warm up and trainers or bare feet for the main Pole Fitness Section.

So, if you've always fancied giving Pole Fitness a try, now is your chance! But be warned, you might find yourself addicted after just one class! ;)

Your organizer's refund policy for Pole Fitness Beginner Course - 6 Weeks - Starts Thursday 17th January, 2014

Refunds offered if:

  • the Meetup is cancelled
  • the Meetup is rescheduled

Payments you make go to the organizer, not to Meetup. You must make refund requests to the organizer.

Regardless of the refund policy set by the organizer, Meetup may issue refunds on an organizer's behalf if we determine that Meetup's Payment Policies have been violated.

Membership dues

GBP0.00 Every month

This covers: Unlimited Zumba, Jhoom and Burlex classes. We run on avg 14 classes a month

Payment is accepted using:

  • PayPal
  • Cash or check - “Cash payment can be made before your class & can start at any time; if you pay on the 4th you will have till the 3rd of the next month to use your free classes.

Your organizer will refund you if:

  • Your organizer closes their Meetup Group
