These high energy, unique programs are designed each and every day by Fitness Within's personal trainers. Through variations in resistance training to HIIT cardio, you will create a major fluctuation in heart rate. This allows your metabolism to work well beyond our bootcamps, as you continue to burn calories for up to 24 hours.
The bootcamps are designed and taught daily by certified personal trainers. You'll never be bored, you'll never know your workout ahead of time, but you will be challenged and you will see results. This is for all fitness levels because the programs can be modified for the not so fit to the very fit. They are 45 mins and the maximum group size is 20 people. This way our trainers can still interact and provide corrective ques during the exercises.
We have monthly challenges that everyone can participate and that month's winner will take home a medal.
